Disclosure
We will only share your information with third parties in accordance with your
instructions or as necessary to provide you with a specific service or otherwise
in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. As a general rule, we do not
and will not sell, rent, share or disclose your personal information without
first receiving your permission or as permitted in this policy.
Sharing information as part of negotiating contracts
One of the features of the Service involves negotiating contracts with other
members, which inherently involves sharing your information with them. For
example, you may fill out a contract form that includes your name and contact
information and then invite another person or multiple people to negotiate the
contract with you. Or, you may be invited by a member to negotiate a contract
with them. When an invitation is accepted, you are then sharing your information
related to that contract with the person or people who are participants to that
contract. Participants may invite additional people to negotiate the contract;
your information related to that contract will then be shared with those
additional people when they accept the invitation.
You acknowledge and agree that by inviting, or accepting an invitation, to
negotiate a contract with someone else, you will be sharing your information
related to that contract with the current and future participants to that
contract.
Aggregated Data
We may also use your Personal Information to generate Aggregated Data for
internal use and for sharing with affiliates, subsidiaries and business partners
for planning and marketing purposes. “Aggregated Data” means records which have
been stripped of information potentially identifying individuals, and which have
been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Your
identity and personal information will be kept anonymous in Aggregated Data.

merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred.

no data transmission over the Internet, by wireless device or over the air is
guaranteed to be 100% secure.

forget your password, we will ask you for the email address under which you hold
your account for the Service and email you a URL where you may reset your
password.
Your account information is kept on secure servers and can only be accessed by
authorized employees who need to have access to this data in order to fulfill
their duties.
Please remember that you control what personal information you provide while
using the Service. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy
of your identification, passwords and/or any personal information in your
possession for the use of the Service. Always be careful and responsible
regarding your personal information. We are not responsible for, and cannot
